If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days after your parcel was delivered to return your items back to us. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged, Closet London tags attached and within the 28 returns day period. *You will receive a returns reason slip in your order. Please ensure this is filled out and returned to us in your parcel. If this is not done, please be aware your refund will be delayed.
